💼 Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the business, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a great employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Go-To HR Expert: Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, offering advice and support.
• Support Employee Lifecycle: Manage HR documentation, contracts, payroll updates, and onboarding processes.
• Enhance Employee Relations: Provide guidance on grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution.
• Lead Recruitment & Onboarding: Advertise roles, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth inductions.
• Ensure Compliance: Stay up to date with employment laws, manage HR policies, and oversee performance management processes.
• Drive HR Initiatives: Contribute to HR projects, training programs, and process improvements.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Familiarity with HRIS & payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Moorepay).
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it).
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
