Mobile Service Van Controller and General Administration

We are currently looking for a Mobile Service Van Controller to service a customer with a large fleet of cars and vans across the UK. This person will work very closely with the customer at several different sites in the area.
You will be office/Hybrid based and manage 4 very busy Mobile Service Vans in addition to other admin duties. You will receive jobs direct from our customer via email, you will then plan Tyre, Servicing and Repair work at our customers premises. You will order relevant Tyres and parts for each day and liaise with our Vehicle Technicians to do the work in the most quick and effective way possible.
To perform this role, you will need a good knowledge of vehicle mechanics, servicing and Tyre's. You will be allocating up to 30 jobs a day, so good time management of the Vehicle Technicians jobs is essential.
